Sensa838 shall not be responsible for any loss caused by a disruption to telecommunications infrastructure, internet service provider outage, or force majeure event — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic measures, government action, or acts of third-party service providers.
Player-initiated closure: A Player may request the closure of their sensa838 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
